FAQ
Questions and answers
Is Fortuna a gambling app?
No. Fortuna organises the waitlist, pre-registration, check-in and seating. The app has no real money, no stakes and no payouts. Play only happens on site, at the table.
Do all players need the app?
No. The floor adds guests without the app to the waitlist and seating plan by hand. They are marked “Manual”.
Where is the data stored?
In a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. We sign a GDPR data processing agreement with every casino. The player app contains no tracking SDKs.
Does Fortuna support tournaments?
No. Fortuna specialises in cash games: waitlist, pre-registration, seating plan and table calls.
