Player app: sign up, check in, get called
Your guests sign up, check in and are called to the table. The app is part of the platform and runs in ten languages.
How it works
How guests use the app
1. Choose a casino
Guests find your casino, save it as a favourite and see the games agenda.
2. Sign up
They sign up for a game alone or as a group and see their status.
3. Check in
On site they scan the QR code at the entrance or in the poker room.
4. Get called
The table call arrives by push: accept, decline or ask for five minutes.

You set per casino which tabs your guests see and which information the app shows.

Limits as information

FAQ
Questions and answers
Which languages does the app support?
Ten languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish, Portuguese and Polish. The app follows the device language, and guests can change it in the settings.
Do players receive marketing by push?
Only if they agree. Marketing notifications are off by default. Notifications about table calls and their own games are separate from them. Guests can change this setting in the app at any time.
Can you play in the app?
No. No gambling takes place in the Fortuna app: no real money, no stakes, no payouts. Fortuna only organises registration, check-in and seating; play happens exclusively on site at the casino. Blinds, buy-ins and jackpot amounts are information only, and play happens at the table in the casino.
What information does the app show about the casino?
Opening hours, the games agenda with blinds and buy-in range, the casino’s posts and, if you use the module, the released jackpot amounts. You decide which tabs your guests see and in which order.
