How it works
How the waitlist works
1. Sign up
Players sign up in the app, guests without the app are added manually by the floorman.
2. See the position
Every player sees their position per game in the app without asking at reception.
3. Sort by check-in
If enabled, check-in decides the order from a set time after the game starts, so players on site move up.
4. Seat and call
The floorman pins or moves entries by drag and drop and calls the next player to the table by push.
Settings
Set per game type
Management sets the rules once per game type. Automatically generated sessions use them.
Waitlist on or off
With the waitlist, registrations get a visible position, without it they count as pre-registrations.
Sorting by check-in
From 0 to 480 minutes after the start time, check-in counts instead of sign-up, the default is 60 minutes.
Spots display
Guests see open seats, the number of registrations or their position only after check-in.
Filters for the floor
The list can be narrowed to players on site, players without a table, and app or manual entries.
Pin and reorder
The floorman pins entries or moves them by drag and drop, the order can be reset.

Every change to the order is logged with time and person.

Questions and answers
Do all players need the app to join the waitlist?
No. The floorman adds guests without the app manually. They are on the same list, marked as “Manual” and seated like everyone else. They only do not receive the table call by push.
How does sorting by check-in work?
Until the set time after the game starts, the order of sign-up counts. After that, Fortuna sorts by check-in time and players who have not checked in move down. The floorman can change the order by hand at any time.
Can we change the order by hand?
Yes. The floorman moves entries by drag and drop or pins a player to a position. The automatic order can be restored at any time. Every change is logged with time and person.
