How it works
How pre-registration works
1. Choose a game
The player opens your casino in the app and picks a session from the games agenda.
2. Sign up
They sign up alone or as a group, and your casino’s minimum age is checked.
3. Follow the status
The app shows whether they are pre-registered or on the waitlist, and in which position.
4. Check in or cancel
On site they check in with the QR code, and if plans change they cancel in the app.
Settings
Rules per game type
You decide per game type how many sign-ups are possible and when registration opens and closes.
Maximum pre-registrations
When the number is reached, registration closes automatically, without a value it is unlimited.
Registration opening
Registration opens 1 to 720 hours before the session starts, to the minute.
Registration closing
At the start time, once the game runs at a table, or not at all, so guests can join a running game.
Spots display
Open seats, the number of registrations or no seat information, depending on what your guests should see.
Waitlist
One switch decides whether registrations get a visible position or count as pre-registrations.
Check-in required
If you want, only players who have checked in on site with the QR code can sign up.

FAQ
Questions and answers
How does group registration work?
One player signs up together with their company for a session. On the waitlist, the group appears as one entry with the number of additional players. The floorman sees at a glance how many seats it needs.
What happens when the maximum number of pre-registrations is reached?
Fortuna then accepts no further sign-ups and closes registration automatically. If you leave the field empty, the number of pre-registrations is unlimited.
Is the minimum age checked on every sign-up?
Yes. An account requires a minimum age of 18. If your casino’s minimum age is higher, for example 21, Fortuna checks it again on every sign-up. An active self-exclusion for your casino also blocks the sign-up.
Can players cancel their registration themselves?
Yes, at any time in the app. The seat becomes free and the waitlist moves up. If staff cancel a registration, they give a reason and the player receives a notification.
